Life Long Learning @ your library

Looking for something fun, interesting, and FREE to do this week? Come to a free lecture put on by the Stratford Institute, University of Waterloo.  This Thursday you can come hear:

Associate Professor Daniela O'Neill on Preschool Children's Story Comprehension and Production.
According to the Stratford Institute, Daniela O'Neill is an Associate Professor of Developmental Psychology at the University of Waterloo and Director of the UW Centre for Child Studies. In her talk, O'Neill will highlight new research findings demonstrating preschoolers’ growing story comprehension and production abilities and their relation to more complex forms of thinking such as abstraction.

Hope to see you this Thursday, February 17, in the Library Auditorium 7-9pm.  And all you smart phone users, be sure to "check in" at the Library on Four Square - we need a Mayor!
