Culinary Arts Collection


Another outstanding resource has been made available to all Ontario Libraries through the Knowledge Ontario program - The Culinary Arts Collection Database. The CAC contains over 250 major cooking and nutrition magazines such as Art Culinaire, Food and Drink, Restaurant Hospitality, and the Tea and Coffee Trade Journal. You will even find common titles such as Real Simple, Men's Health and Vegetarian Times.

When searching, you will find recipes, reviews of restaurants around the world and information on the culinary industry.
